Top Ten Books I Wouldn't Mind Santa Bringing Me

1. Notorious Nineteen: A Stephanie Plum Novel by Janet Evanovich

I am a huge fan of Stephanie Plum and her accident prone style of bounty hunting and love the fact that these books never fail to deliver a laugh. Since I have read every book in the series of course I would want this one. I am sad to say I don't have it yet!
2. Sleep No More by Iris Johansen

I love a mystery and a little suspense and Iris Johansen never fails to deliver on both. I love the two main characters Eve Duncan and Joe Quinn, they both irritate me to no end but I can't help but love them.
3. Poseidon's Arrow by Clive Cussler (A Dirk Pitt Adventure)

I am probably the biggest fan of Dirk Pitt as all these books are full of action, mystery, suspense and did I mention action? Oh yeah and car chases, there is always a car chase or two. I know I am starting to sound like a broken record, but Dirk Pitt is like Indiana Jones meets James Bond meets MacGuyver.

4. Paperback Copies of the Psion Series by Jacob Gowans

Psion Beta was one of the first Indie books I read, and being a huge fan of action I quickly fell in love with this action packed book that played out like a video game. Always a great read and I would love to add them to my collection of favorites.
5. Paperback Copies of the Protector Series by M.R. Merrick

Magic, action, mystery, amazing characters both good and bad, and incredible worlds; this series has it all and it didn't take long for me to fall in love. I own all these books for my kindle but I would love nothing more than to add these to my favorite book collection.
6. Obsidian by Jennifer L. Armentrout

I am sad to say that I have not read any books in this series and I sort of feel left out. This book is on my wish list, but getting it for Christmas would make the rest of my Christmas vacation a little more enjoyable.

7. Infinity: Chronicles of Nick by Sherrilyn Kenyon

Every time I go to the bookstore I stop and look at this book and think that one day I am going to read it. This passing affair has been going on for about a year now and I have yet to read it, but I know that one day I will. It is on my wishlist and would make me truly happy to receive this book Christmas.
8. Soul Screamers Volume One by Rachel Vincent

Again I have yet to read this series, I went to my local library to check them out, only to discover that they only had the series from book 4 and up. So here I am lost without the beginning, and I would love to start from the beginning to fall in love with these characters as they truly deserve.

9. The Black Box by Michael Connelly

I am a huge fan of the Harry Bosch series and willingly eat up any book in the series. So of course I want this one for Christmas.
10. Early copies of my most Anticipated 2013 releases

Okay I know that this won't happen, but it is a Christmas wishlist after all, and I know that this is sort of cheating (now you know my little secret, I'm a cheater), but it is what it is. I mean who wouldn't want early copies of their most anticipated 2013 books? If you don't well then you're crazy or in just plain denial.

Do you have a list of books you want for Christmas? If so, then what does it look like?

  2. Plum & I have yet to meet. She is sitting on my shelf BUT...idk. I just started Exiled by Merrick. It is moving nicely. I too haven't read Obsidian yet. I feel the shame & feel totally left out of the hoopla.

    Thanks for stopping by.

    1. Oooo, you have to meet Stephanie, especially if you love a laugh. I can't help but laugh out loud whenever I read them, people always look at me a little funny, but it is so worth it! But I recommend starting from Book 2. Don't worry you won't miss anything, she does a good job of summing everything up so you won't be too lost as long as you don't start with 19! Obviously I love Exiled as I want the paperback copies for Xmas! That series is one of my all time favs!! :)
Hopefully we both will get to read Obsidian soon so we can be in on the up and up! Thanks for stopping by!

  3. I love Stephanie Plum! I'm taking my time to catch up on the series since there are so many so I'm only on 14 but I love catching up with Stephanie each time :) PLus I have them all in paperback so I'll wait until the PB one of this comes out :)

  4. I am always glad to meet a fellow Plum fan! Catching up is always a nice idea. I usually wait until books are in paperback due to the expense, but I am usually too impatient to wait to read about Stephanie, Ranger and Morelli! I will probably break down soon and buy it for myself! Oh well!! Thanks for stopping by!
