Blog Blurb-Spring Roll Flop
So tonight I had this great idea for dinner. I was going to make Asian beef spring rolls with hamburger. I set out creating my wonderful hamburger Asian masterpiece, it really was impressive. But then it happened. You see I have never used spring roll wrappers before so I didn't know that you should not put all the wrappers in warm water at once. If you do this then they become one mass of wet noodle glop! Now I know you re-hydrate them one wrapper at a time. So, even though I started out with the best of intentions and with a divine specimen of Asian hamburger beef, I none the less have to declare this endeavor a complete and total Epic Fail!!
